If I currently have the dark grimoire tier and wanted to upgrade my tier to the next one that includes a digital copy (which is +$25) does that mean I would get 2 copies (the digital one I'm upgrading to plus the physical one from my current tier)? Sorry, it kinda confuses me and wanted to make sure. Thanks!

If you go back to your survey that Fangamer sent, you should be able to add multiple copies a la carte there.

You're right, that would be two copies total, one physical and one digital. What probably confused you is how the digital copy being included is skipped depending on the tier, like:
Alchemists Treasure + Dig Game has the game obviously, but the next expensive one, your Dark Grimoire, doesn't, since it "includes everything from the $100 tier", which would be all of the physical stuff up to that point.
Basically, tacking that extra 25 onto the Treasure one gets you physical goodies plus digital game, and tacking extra 25 onto Grimoire gets you all of that, plus the (now hardcover) artbook and the digital game.
It's essentially saving you $4 over the normally $28 digital copy if you want to add it to the $100 or $150 tier.
