For Old School Resident evil Fans,Daymare 1998 is a survival horror game that goes back to a time where limited resources amongst a city wide zombie outbreak takes place in a setting of unsettling atmosphere and with puzzle solving
It's not a long video,but it certainly does give a true vibe to resident evil,it's almost like you playing as Hunk from resident evil 2 with the exception of the over the shoulder aim view from resident evil 4
Small little touches though include a mechanic where you can just quick check your health and ammo without the need to pause the game,classic save points which seem to be pay-phones throw a nostalgia feel back to manual saves via the typewriters,and even the name is a nod to resident evil which occured in summer of 1998
