They've released the final set of stretch goals (which include a slip case, and the final one is a lenticular slip case). And... they just announced that Marc Ericksen will be doing the art on the dust cover -- he was the artist for a number of NES-era art on video game boxes, such as Bad Dudes and Mega Man 2.

Looks like Nintendo cried foul and is halting the project for copyright infringement....
So sad. I just backed this literally 21 minutes before the notice was put out and the page taken down....

The creator just sent out a message to backers -- basically he says he research the legality of the project before hand (even having discussions with Nintendo UK). He's going to make a few more tweaks and continue discussions w/ Nintendo.
So, fingers crossed, and hang in there...!
