I honestly never played the whole game until this KS started. I've had it for several yrs on my PS3, but only touched it for a few minutes before now. Glad I finally played through and beat it though.

1. Just never crossed my mind. Let's not go deeply into why or we'll be here all day.
2. Very much, nevertheless. I would just lump it onto my backlog and when you have four Suikodens to play and finish, you know it will take a while.

I've never played any Castlevania game. I've never owned a gaming device of any kind, other than PCs. I've also never backed a game before, but I backed Bloodstained at the $150 level. That's how irresistibly compelling I find it - the design, the presentation, the movement I've watched grow around it. And the response of IGA and his team to that movement. I saw something I wanted to become a part of. (I don't have a lot of income - I don't even have savings. But I know something worthwhile when I see it.) Sure, I'd like to play SotN. I think I'll pick up a PS1 on eBay sometime. Then I won't have to keep wondering for two years about whether I'm total garbage at this kind of game.  |

I used to play the game and liked it a lot. One day I got stuck on it and put it down to never return. I think I just got busy with things in life at the time anyway and gave up on it. It was a great game though, and it did the CastleVania franchise justice after the fantastic CastleVania I, II, & III for the Nintendo Entertainment System. These 3 games are what really got me hooked on this genre in the first place.

I've never played any Castlevania games in fact I have never touched any -vania games before as I never owned the right device for it. Until the Bloodstained KS I didn't really bother trying to play the games but the all the hype, concept art and bit of fame from developers made me back the game.
I would like to play SotN as I heard it is a fantastic game. I would probably pick it up digital on vita at some point but will have to wait for a sale.

I unlocked the game on Dracula X Chronicles! I actually bought that game specifically for SoTN.
Played through it a few times, and completed the whole map twice.

Haven't played SoTN, didn't know the series when it came out, also didn't have a PSone.
I started playing castlevania from Aria of Sorrow onwards, and only the gameboy advanced and ds games. but now that I see it's on PSN probably will buy it for vita.

I played SotN but only after I heard about the kickstarter now, it my favorite game of all time, it's unbelievable how I liked a game that came out nearly 20 years ago Yahtzee, of Zero Punctuation fame, did a review on SoTN in the past couple of years to see if it held up to the hype and wasn't just nostalgia filter. His assessment was that the game did, in fact, hold up. |

Each shield and spear will give you 1 xp, but after lvl 65~70 every monster will give 1 xp so that doesn't matter. |
