Bloodstained New Character!

My guess is he will be helping miriam to stop grebel from summoning demons.

Nobody bats an eye when Miriam is revealed with half her chest, thighs, and back is exposed. But the second a male character is shown with his chest exposed due to an open or torn shirt, people start coming up with new designs that cover up his skin because 'it doesn't make sense for him to be exposed'. Thats just sad.

Wait gebel has no shirt on? *drools (jk, knew that wasnt a shirt, he is pretty sexy though) >P

Also i just noticed, miriams pure outfit doesnt show off nearly as much skin, half life 3 confirm!...

Seriously, i like skin, i like awesome clothing, guys and girls, i dont care if the ratio of skin/clothes is even or not, if DH:ESX was all pretty boy gleamy chest for no apparent reason, thats fanservice, not wrong, dumb maybe, but it is fanservice, same as if miriams main outfit was a teeny bikini for no apparent reason (heres to miriam in a bikini and DH:ESX in a loincloth as alts >3>/). But an alt costume where hes in full armor of +5 badassedry would be cool, ill only bitch if we lose his main outft of him in all his open coat, scarred chest baring epicness ^_^

Also, hands up if you knew old axe armor from PoR was a girl ^_^/

If you really were harmlessly joking without any condescension towards anyone, I apologize. I don't know you and I was expecting the worst which I shouldn't have done. But since you said you aren't sure what I'm getting upset/disappointed about... it's that I've seen people try to shame or bully innocent opinions others have, inserting their 'social justice' where it doesn't belong.

Actually, ONE GUY in this thread mentioned wanting armor or whatnot in this thread (that being H), and there were 3 people who directly disagreed with him (albeit respectfully, unlike your post here). How DARE he want a traditional design! He didn't even 'bat an eye' per say, he just said he likes armor designs, how dare he.

And by the way, there was an older thread talking about outfits and designs, and significantly more than one person in it mentioned wanting outfits that were likely less revealing, in addition, multiple people (including the OP made obvious by their avatar) praise Miriam's less revealing pure outfit. Furthermore, there was a chap who mentioned wnating to see Miriam in actual plate armor, it may have even been H there too! I can't recall though.

I'm sad that this kind of baseless thought-shaming exists outside of the likes of polygon.

Miriam is cute but I don't think she was really designed with eye-candy as the first thing in mind. Not even the 2nd thing. But yes, taking away this new character would be silly, I support not taking him away (even though I personally have no attachments).

Thank you for not being hostile despite me being pretty confrontational, *salutes*. I was because I believe that nobody should ever shame anyone for thinking or liking certain things. Even the common/mainstream things that so many people bash because it's NOT politically incorrect to do so. I confronted you not because I think you are evil or whatever personally, but I think these kind of trend grows because people ignore it until too late.

Of course, if this game was moddable, you can make him have even LESS clothes maybe! Or more muscles... or something, whatever you like! =P

I was kind of expected trouble, but if tag means report button, that really shouldn't be revealed to the person being reported. If you reported me though I wont hold it against you so no worries.

actually ghaleon i think part of it too was a misunderstanding of who i was disagreeing with, i actually liked Hs post about the armor as an alt costume, but i disagreed with a guest poster further up because of something specific they said and how i thought it didnt apply in this case and i think my wording got kinda mixed up, no worries H youre cool ^_^

and yeah ixbran, sometimes it irks me too ^_^

also why when i @h someone it doesnt tag them?

You need to either enter the username or display name, but you have to enter them correctly.
The username is visible either by hovering over someones display name or via their profile page.
To tag H, for example, you need to enter @ and either "H" (not lowercase) or "han" (their username).
