It's not about complaining endlessly but rather about sending a message : D Sometimes developers test how much crap will the audience put up with. If there is no uproar why bother doing anything? Once in a lifetime we see a miracle like FFXIV with Realm Reborn. Likewise without Devil May Cry 2 we wouldn't have DMC3 at such good level. I wouldn't hold my breath for such improvement but constructive complaints may tickle their egos and ambitions to do something great. I want to believe. And for the record it's hard to get gray hair when your head already looks like Dante's XD

So, if you've been in every available room, you should have 99.8%. If you have gotten your map clear that high and still haven't gotten the keys to those rooms, then something may be amiss, but it's likely that you've just overlooked them. They're both very late game items (Den of Behemoths/Glacial Tomb). I'd check out the Bloodstained wiki on fextralife to confirm it's not in the chests they say they're in before determining it's a bug, if you don't want to fill out the map to find out.

Standard Mortes do not have shards by design, funny enough something Iga first told us in 2015. The lore reasoning there is they aren't complete/actual demons and don't have a soul. The Lunging Serpent technique is one of a few in the game that are non-transferable to other weapons, so there's no mastery meter for them (this is normally the purpose of filling the mastery meter - making it so that other weapons of that class can use the tech). All in all, I don't think you have any bugs there, but report back to us about the keys.

That would be relevant f there were specal attacks that crossed between dfferent weapon types, but there are not!

f you've got eyes n your handle, you may have a Soul Edge problem. 'd get that checked out.
