Bloodstained on Wii U

Wiiu is still a very capable console because they target 60fps gameplay, while they're not technically marvelous, they're still easy on the eyes with the titles they create. And fun!

If indie publishers are to be believed they have been quite friendly and open towards third parties.

Never argued whether or not their attitude towards devs was of questionable quality and I'm not really informed enough to say anything for or against them in this regard.
All I know concerning this is that they have been awful during the last gen and as far as I know they could have improved considerably.

The environment, however, doesn't just include the attitude factor. The main problem is the subpar system specs of the Wii U which make it an unprofitable enterprise for the majority of devs as far as current gen multi-releases go. Other big issues include them insisting to keep devs in the dark when it comes to new consoles (Wii U could have gotten plenty of ports early on if devs were give a heads-up) and failing to provide any proper initiative to develop on their console (apart from Platinum).

This is a shortened version on why it's an unfriendly environment, as I'm not really in the mood to summarize the last few years of Ninty's business handling.
