Yes. I'm crushed. Why are you like this But...yeah guys, this is/was rough for me. Like, it negatively affected my experience enough to where I didn't enjoy the game as much and it's harder to be here and stay involved. Yes, it was pretty much that serious lol. Netflix CV already left a bit of a wound and this more or less re-opened it, but at least as far as we know/hope she's just a bad apple. I have to hold out for eventually some good/positive exorcist characters. See these two posts for more about all that bloodstained.forums.net/post/68464bloodstained.forums.net/post/68494(spoilers, obviously) I'm going to be making a video soon with a doc I've written about where I think the story is headed for a prequel/sequel setup. Still a fan, love the game, and I think Dominique is the best villain IGA has written. Even so, even if she's playable in Boss Revenge, I'm not touching her. sigh. She had to be evil, it wasn't to be. To be more clear, I had a feeling all along this was what was coming - I'd seen the datamine pics of her face, so I at least knew she was hiding being a shardbinder. I'd hoped she had better reasons. The reasons *could* have been worse, at least But besides all that, neither of them are going to be the 3rd playable character, and that was the main point of debate so neener on that still bro  Watch this man eat that last sentence HARD. |

IGA games are so predictable. at first i though she was going to test you or try to stop you from entering an unholy place or use demonic power to achieve something risky. but the moment i found her arguing with Alfred it was obvious that she was up to something evil.
sorry Brent. at least she is still pretty cool, but i don't think she was better than Master Barlowe. look at the bright side; she kicked Alfred's old man ass.....(+2000 evil points) To be fair she's was a separate party from the church too, but I get what you mean. Honestly the cutscene in the secret lab made me feel like there was something more going on with Dominique at that point, but because I was a nice guy I gave her a SMALL benefit of the doubt. Though I just assumed after the reveal at the den of behemoths that she was just a part of a corrupt church trying to use demon shards and Miriam to establish power. and that they would summon Bael and he would just go "Strongest demon, don't follow orders from summoners lol" kill them all and Miriam would have to clean up the mess i.e. kill Bael as the final boss. Kind of surprised me that the villain was a separate party. |
