Gonna add on to your rulelist. These are generally rules that I see in a lot of servers.
*Don't be an *** to others. Be nice.
*No Griefing. As in purposely destroy other people's property for fun.
*Trade at your own risk
*Report to the Host/Admin of the server if you see a troublemaker.

So the server runs fine. The only problem is that Leon is running it via invite by steam instead of running it via invite by ip address. So if you are looking to play, be mindful of that fact and if you start lagging a bit. Don't blame Leon and his connection, it's simply the mode he's running the server on.
