Videos of this particular song have been taken down from YouTube for copyright reasons numerous times in the year it was released.  Here's one video I found, admittedly not at the highest quality. Enjoy while it's still on YouTube!  (Edit: Complete with cross-dressing band members) Ooh! Another version. A lyric-less version, but it has 6 different camera perspectives/"versions" in one video. I love Versailles!! Easily one of most talented Visual Kei bands out there! |

I discovered Japanese music with kagerou, D'espairsRay and Dir en Grey, then I was into visual-kei for a long time. I have saw some in live, my most valuable memory being a showcase with X-Japan's singer Toshi and drummer's Yoshiki. It was absolutly brillant, almost made me cry...
On the other hand, I am really fascinated by the traditionnal music. It really makes me wonder and I am saving money to afford a shamisen and a shakahuchi, these instruments are marvelous.
Of course, there is also video games soundtrack, my favorite composers are Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy), Michiru Yamane (Even if I am sure I do not need to tell, Castlevania) and Yoko Shimomura (Kingdom Hearts).

I can see that someone posted a song from the Sengoku Basara 3.
I might as well post this one, from the 2nd game (Ending Credits theme).
I'm still trying to find a better-quality version of this...
There's also "Dive Into Yourself" by the band High and Mighty Color.

I honestly never would've expected a song like this to be in a Dynasty Warriors game, of all things. I found this song on YouTube in my "Recommended Videos" tab. It took me a little while to notice that the characters featured were from the Dynasty Warriors series. |

Is there any way to reduce the number of posts per page? There are so many videos on the previous page of this thread that the page crashes before my laptop can load them all. As far as Japanese music goes, pretty much the only stuff I've regularly listened to lately is Megu Sakuragawa, AKA Lumen/Morpho from Azure Striker Gunvolt. A couple years ago, though, when I was abroad in Singapore, I attended a Japanese cultural night at the college where I was an exchange student at. There was a lot of music, silliness and dancing, and I filmed the whole thing. Most notable was the koto performance, though. Please excuse my shoddy camerawork.
