To claim the reward you must have a Wii U and not already own the game, however you may still play! The Bismark-Kappa has enough HP that those who do not want the prize can still assist in it's defeat. Whoever does the most damage to the Bismark-Kappa by the time it is defeated will claim the prize. Each player starts with 10 HP and a melee weapon of their own description that does 1d6 damage. Roll 1d20 to attempt a hit, and 1d6 damage in the same post in case the hit connects. To hit the Bismark-Kappa you must roll 8 or better. Don't roll a 1 or something bad will happen. Roll a 20 and do double damage. You may only post once until the Bismark-Kappa gets it's turn, then you may post again. Do not delete your post. Doing so will result in disqualification. I can easily check security logs to monitor this. The last time I checked, editing your post will not change the outcome of your rolls. Here is an example of how to attack:
I slash at the monster with Devil's Scourge- a flagrum that has three whips that are three feet long and tipped with deadly arcane crystals. Uh4TfosD1-201-6
The first number must be 8 or better to harm the monster. If it is, the second roll did damage to the monster. To learn more about how to roll, or to try it out, check out Link- How to Roll Dice. You may reply to this thread out of character by saying OOC. For example- "OOC: I have a question about the rules." or "OOC: That was a terrible roll, I can't believe you died already." Anything not prefixed with OOC is happening in the game and I might take advantage of it during the fight. If this goes horribly wrong I reserve the right to do a different contest. I'm just whipping this up on the fly, so it might be flawed. Let's hope its fun though! Get rolling! Oh, also earlier one of you found a note in the castle that mentioned a creature that fit this description. It said that it usually attacks whoever is hurting it most, or who has hurt it last. OOC: I just want to check one thing. You said "The Bismark-Kappa is pretty big and easy to hit, so to hit it you must roll 8 or better." but as I remember it, wasn't the Kappa its only weakness, and the controlled body invincible or something like that? I could be remembering wrong though. Sorry for being nitpicky!

Having read the note earlier, I knew what kind of monster it was thanks to the ample knowledge of monsters I gathered from years of hunting, and had cucumbers prepared - a kappa's favourite food - which were in fact death in disguise. That's right, for the cucumbers actually had iron needles inside each one of them!
Facing the beast, it was much bigger and imposing than what I had thought. Was it perhaps a mutation or an evolution? But the kappa was there, creepily screeching behind the colossal body it was attached to.
As it points its dangerous looking left arm at us with an ominous aura, there was no time to think of an alternative plan. Leaving it to fate, I aim at the kappa's open mouth and throw a cucumber toward it as best as I can.

Ravenspear is first to attack, squarely hitting the Kappa face with a skull. Thomas narrowly avoids a paper cut in his attempt to insult the monster which falls short as it "caint reed to gud". Leon's quick wit and knowledge pays off, as they toss a deadly but delicious treat that the Kappa eagerly catches in it's beak. It bites into the cucumber and the iron needle, but decides to swallow both. It's evil bloody grin and eager beady eyes await more delicious treats. H takes aim with burnt bread, but the Kappa does not seem interested in the snack and avoids it completely. LuckPercentSRL flips their tome to a spell and begins to recite arcane syllables. Steam rises above the Kappa's head, as water there begins to evaporate quickly. The Kappa hisses, as it like's it's head nice and wet. Arcueid Brunestud takes a cue from H and decides to thwart the demon with glutton, but it has the same result. jim tosses a wine glass, and as if wine glasses hold some divine power here, it explodes on the Kappa and seems to have been effective. Cale displays a feat of great strength as he heaves a near-by monolith at the monster. It's confusing geometry anger's the demon as it lands heavily on it's tail, pinning part of it to the floor. @japansamsus tries to convince their animal companion to attack, but the dog gives a look of "are you kidding me" and runs into a previous room. SML produces a giant teddy bear and swings it over his head. With the tail pinned, a precise hit on the Kappa's eye with the eye of the bear resounded with a sickening smack.
