XombieMike I would definitely ask how close that Matt thinks they are to getting the codes to NA PS4 backers right now, and whether they [currently] plan on pushing for actual Region 3 codes for Sony (both PS4 & Vita) backers living there (do they even think just creating a JP PSN account is an acceptable-enough workaround?). So, here goes... "Have you found a working solution to the lack of codes for Region 3 PS4 & Vita backers yet?"AND "Are the North American PS4 download codes ready today?" (Wednesday) (^The first question's answer, of course, may depend on when exactly you ask them. If they were to answer this immediately this Wednesday, I'm not entirely sure they'd be any closer to fixing the problem.)

Well they have 5 more days before the temp keys expire, 3 more days before Xbox is suppose to be fixed though I assume no one's gotten there Xbox codes yet and who knows how long that might take and in 2 days Europe should be mostly fixed. Just maybe everyone will get their gots soon.

I'm glad people are getting their Switch/3DS codes Curse of the Moon codes are being sent to the backers one console at a time in the order we (Inti Creates and ArtPlay) are receiving them from the manufactures. Once we receive them, these codes are passed on to Fangamer to pass along to the backers. Generating the codes itself isn't the longest process, but the process after and closing the deal between the publisher and manufacturers does take a while to process. For example, each code costs the publisher X amount of money, so the process of checking the numbers and making sure the codes function are both important to check. Regions are also separated by different management so the process timing can change even among the same manufacturer. We are still waiting for PS4/Vita (NA region), Xbox (Worldwide), and Switch/3DS (EU).

Here are the options given by Fangamer with each one of them turned down by me (answer in green).
1) If you register a separate PSN account with Japan as the region, your code should work. Creating a new JP PSN account is not feasible. It's one memory card per account/region, unless of course you want to format your entire card (removing all save files) just to accomodate one game?! I think not!
2) If you already have a secondary North American or Europe / Australia / PAL region PSN account, or if you have a Nintendo Switch, Nintendo 3DS, or Xbox One, we will ask ArtPlay to provide us with a replacement code for a different region and/or platform. (We can’t guarantee that ArtPlay will provide us with extra codes, and we also don’t have a time-frame available.) If I had a different console, I would not be asking for a replacement code for PS Vita now, would I?
3) If neither of the first two options are acceptable, we will work with ArtPlay to manually send a $10 USD payment to you via PayPal. I do not buy enough things online to justify having an account in PayPal. Even if I do, I will just use my credit card.
As you can see, none of the options provided are remotely useful. Please ask Inti Creates to release codes for R3, else I will not be able to play CotM!

In Fangamer's defense, they're trying the best they can to remedy a crappy situation they had absolutely no hand in creating (even going so far as to work with ArtPlay to provide a refund of sorts from their own coffers). Meanwhile, Inti Creates not only made all of the mistakes in regards to CotM's release, but has yet to step up and handle the fixing of said mistakes; leaving IGA, ArtPlay, and 505 scrambling to do damage control. (Not to mention that Inti has been about as transparent as a brick wall regarding the various issues) I definitely sympathize with the fact that none of the solutions provided by Fangamer will work for you, believe me. But as far as I can see, your best course of action may be to email Inti about how you and other Region 3 backers don't appreciate being left out.

I know this is not what you want to hear, but adding a territory for a PSN store is easier said than done. I'm not defending Inti's screw-up, but out of all the current situations, this is the lease likely to get resolved. If you really want to play this game on a Vita, then a 2nd Vita memory card will be required, smallest one should do and those are pretty cheap. I often swap between 2 accounts since I play PSO2 on my Vita when I'm not near my PC. I have a 32GB card for PSO2 and a 16GB for everything else (PSO2 is my only Digital game so far, everything else is physical). I backed-up my two accounts on my PC using QCMA with no memory card inserted, this just saves my setting and bubble disposition, so it takes seconds to backup and restore. So when I want to swap accounts, I remove my memory card, format my system, link it with the other account, restore the settings for that account from my PC and insert the proper memory card. The entire process takes about 5 minutes, so it's not the end of the world. Anyway, just a suggestion, don't bite my head off if you don't like it.

Ok, from the posts above, the messages I've got and my own ideas about how best to get answers to fit our goal these are the questions I think we should ask.
Regarding the status of "codes ready today?" they have answered on Twitter that they don't know when they will be, but as soon as they get them they will hand them off to Fangamer. "Have you found a working solution to the lack of codes for Region 3 PS4 & Vita backers yet?" The email response from Fangamer makes it clear Inti has no intention to release in that region. So I'm approaching that differently. To the many PM's I've got about specific things, I don't think the more questions the better in this case. Like I said, GoG questions are useless. All other stuff I think I've worked in as best as possible.
1. Why is it so hard to communicate with IntiCreates regarding Curse?
2. Why was a release date announced before backer codes were taken care of?
3. What parts of the process of getting backers codes caused the problems, and who is at fault?
4. Asia will not be getting a PS4 or Vita release, but we have backers there. Out of region codes require a separate memory card. ArtPlay should not have to send backers refunds due to IntiCreates not publishing in an entire region. This is unacceptable, how will you fix this?
5. Backers are IGA's biggest fans, and this hurts his reputation. How will you make this up to IGA and the backers?
6. How can you let IGA be the one to pay refunds to backers for a publishing issue?
Due to the time zone issues, and wanting as quick a response as possible, I'm going ahead with the questions as I've written them. Thank you for your input. I hope these questions encompass the base of the frustration with IntiCreates and that getting a response will be, as our friend Ben has said,"better than nothing".
I will send these to Mana now, for IGA's review and to pass to IntiCreates.

You did say something about not letting viewers/readers potentially get the wrong impression (as if the fault is IGA's/ArtPlay's, rather than being Inti Creates' mistake). Edit: Considering that, I'd agree that by e-mail would be ideal.
