So...is there any particular reason why NA is getting the shaft? No codes for any of those systems for NA. I'm not upset so much as I'm curious as to why. I'm sure there's a good reason, and I'd like to know. Gonna go on a limb that they contacted the NA department on a later day than Europe and Japan because of time zones and the order got postponed even more because of it. And there was a holiday weekend. We don't really know. The Dev team is waiting on codes like everyone else. It's frustrating for sure to back the game and not have your codes yet. |

I've tried my EU Ps4 code and it says that it doesn't work in my region. I live in Sweden (Scandinavia) and according to this link (scroll down a bit) it says that the game isn't being released in the following regions: Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon (Not in Austria, Middle East, Belugium, Luxembourg, Scandinavia, Poland, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine) blog.eu.playstation.com/2018/05/21/5-big-new-releases-to-look-out-for-on-playstation-store-this-week/So what's up with this? I've emailed fangamer but haven't gotten a reply yet. Hey, this is a separate issue that is being worked out. Seems it affects Brazil as well, from reading the comments. Edit: nevermind, OP was talking about PS4, PS Vita and Switch, I was just retarded lol |

What could be taking the console makers so long to generate some codes? Are the generating each one by hand or something? It'd be perfect to get them by tomorrow tonplay this over the weekend! Jeez

So anyone please correct me if I'm wrong or miss something, (I'm not trying inflame anyone or issue just trying to keep up) Where we stand now is that the Europe 3DS delay has been resolved, all Steam codes have been delivered both permanent and temporary, Xbox is still waiting til the 6th, and codes have been released to basically the entire world apart from NA? Are those codes still having issues is some areas like Scandinavia or Middle East as well as issues with the game not being distributed in those areas at all? And finally the temp Steam codes are set to expire on the 8th?

Aztec I'd be really curious to know how the code generation process works. If they do have to be made one-by-one, sort of like rendering the frames of a 3D animated film, that would explain a lot.

I've tried a couple times to look up some info on the process myself last few days, but haven't found anything. I can't really believe that they are made painstakingly slowly or anything though, I would assume that a certain algorithm is put into the computer and that some of numbers/letters tell things like like the region and what not, I mean obviously it would take "time" to do it, but not more then a week. I suspect that it's just not a very high priority to Sony/etc. and there might not be anything that Inti can do to speed up the process, plus perhaps they need to coordinate with all the different regions, witch might explain why some of the regions codes aren't working.
But those are just my assumptions.
