Thank you very much and I'm sincere when I say that.

I (and if they and you will forgive me for speaking for them many others) are not expecting perfection every step of the way but I do believe that there are minimum standards that have to be met and held accountable for when not. The game itself isn't perfect but it's still well worth $10's *hack*(or a PS4 download code)*cough* and I'm hoping that everyone has and will enjoy it and stay positive for Ritual's release.

If decided to set up local warehouses for different regions would be even better. In some instances, this would also help backers with a lower VAT and toll.

I'm hoping for the same. It just feels wrong that the backers are just sitting there, waiting to play Curse of the Moon. It's disappointing enough, but if it happens with Ritual of the Night as well...

Yes, you're correct.

A good number of backers had to throw in a few extra bucks to ensure a decent delivery from the US. The "few" being 50, in my case.

I think talking about this stuff anymore isn't worth the effort, people haven't gotten anything from it. We are told the opposite of what is happening it seems.

The people with the game are tired of hearing from us, and we probably won't get a code until the last day. Many people say "Be optimistic", or "I am still grateful", if that's true, great, but at this point being ignored is worse than just letting this topic die. The only info I have found has been Inti and Fangamer not being able to sort out what is going on.

So distract yourself for a week or two, keep your chin up, and wait for RotN.

I don't know about keeping my chin up but I'm letting Batman Arkham Asylum and Batman Ninja distract me this week while I watch my nieces.

That said, I don't mean to be too harsh on Inti cause they made a great game and they have started giving us the codes, but this delay really does seem to be their fault. I found this:

By Inti's own admission, they didn't know how long generating codes would take and put it off until the last minute, which inconvenienced everyone involved--IGA, artplay, and the licensors at Sony, Nintendo, etc. as well. This is why having a publisher is important, because 505 has a lot of experience in this area and knows all about code generation, licensing across countries, etc. So I think Ritual of the Night should evade the problems that marred CotM's launch

From my understanding (and feel free to tell me if I missed something) this admission of responsibility is about the Xbox and 3DS delays specifically not the backer codes, not saying the the code delays aren't Inti's fault just saying that notice dosent mention them. I do agree that this project seems to have been alil bigger then they were ready for, I understand that mistakes can happen when you do things your not experienced with, still it does feel like this sort of thing should have been anticipated or at least warned about sooner.

EDIT: Steven Campos of Fangamer on the official KS comments said that both Inti Creates and Artplay provided them with the codes so we know that that Inti was responsible for getting the codes perhaps they are sending them through Artplay to Fangamer?

Mine doesn't work... it just says "The prepaid card is not available in this region". (Europe/PAL)
