God damn it I just chipped my perfectly clean laptop with a kichen knife to cut some meat even though I was thinking "I should probably not do that next to my laptop" and next thing I know... ARGHHH. It's tiny and on an unimportant part but it's going to bother me forever! Time to look into a new $2000 laptop... I... Well the past two work days have been awesome. Been sitting in an air conditioned room, used a computer (browsed here a lot XD) and got to do a little graphic design which is pretty fun (even though I'm just making a basic flyer).
Other than that, everything is pretty good.

I've heard good things about Soul Sacrifice, I ought to try it sometime If you do, make sure you grab Soul Sacrifice Delta from PSN. It's the original game plus the expansion which added a metric ton of meaningful content, a reworked combat system, overhauled graphics and added tons of new mechanics. It also received months of free dlc in the form of new attire, new quests, and cross over dlc with the game you're currently playing (even freedom wars crossovers). If you're a fan of the genre, picking this up is a no brainer! \(-ㅂ-)/ ♥ ♥ ♥ It also makes the vanilla game obsolete by a million years; I'm not making that up! |

I'm configuring a mail server in an Amazon Web Services Ubuntu instance. I need to send mails via a web application using Postfix. The mail seems to be send in the application, yet the mails are not being received.
mail.log throws some errors. Those are my clues to fix this (=

A regular day. Do linear algebra stuff, and try to figure out what's going on between those MATLAB codes.
And I spent most of my spare time to find a decent controller for me.
I'm locking on Logitech Rumblepad 2 for now, and found some second-handed sellers are selling it around 15$. Trying to contact them for more info, if there's no other problem I'm gonna take it.
Also, any recommendation is appreciated! I need controllers that have great D-pad since I like to play retro action/platformers and fighting games. Analog sticks I don't care that much but sometimes I also play STG so it's better than nothing I think?

Still remember using it to create a Midi synthesizer for my DSP class in college. And also using it to test a visual tracking algorithm for my senior project.  In fact I think I still have copies of that code.... somewhere... As far as gamepads go, are you looking for one for a console or a PC? If it's for a PC, while it's old the Hammerhead FX controllers were pretty good and they're (semi-)compatable with Steam. I actually have two of them. One is the original 3dfx Hammerhead which I can't use as it needs a actual 15-pin joystick port and the other is the "re-released" version made by interact that has a USB connector. There are still controllers available here: www.amazon.com/HAMMERHEAD-DUAL-ANALOG-GAMEPAD-INERACT/dp/B00006I5CY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1437053071&sr=8-1&keywords=hammerhead+controllerfor fairly cheap. I'm not sure if the ones they are selling are the joystick port version or the USB version. Also, they depict the joystick version with a USB adapter. But I'm not sure if it comes with that or not. |
