Today I had took go do some test to help determine my English classes for college. I wish I was better at sentence structure, grammar and the such. That has been my day so far and I'm probably just going to spend my time watching anime and then helping clean the house. I wish my money was split into smaller bills so that I could at least order a pizza or a sandwich though.

Ahahaha! Today has been quite and up and down day! I helped by father try to fix our leaking faucet but it isn't...going as well as we would like. We finally tossed in the towel and decided to call the landlord to try and figure out what went wrong.
Meanwhile I finally acquired one of two "Pneuma" glyphs for Shanoa in CV: HD. Looking at it I realize it's a homage to one of my favorite King of Fighters bosses! GEEEESU! The Pneuma glyph is clear a Reppuken! X3

Today while I was at work, my lab chair broke. It's one of those pneumatic chairs that lifts up and down with a release lever. The problem is they way they designed the frame the entire seat is mounted on a single pin that serves as a fulcrum to allow the chair seat to tip forward and back slightly. This wouldn't really be an issue, but the numbskull who designed it failed to put any kind of retaining mechanism on the pin. So after a couple years of sitting in the chair, the frame starts to bend a little, which causes the pin to slip out of its hole, which causes the seat to tip to one side, which loosens the pin further, which makes it work its way out even more, which leads to the seat tipping far enough that the not even close to the full weight of an adult is enough to make the seat now press the release pin on the pneumatic cylinder that adjusts the height. Wouldn't you know it, I use my chair at full height.  I barely lean against the chair and it automatically drops to the bottom of its adjustable height... So being the good little engineer I am, I took the chair apart to fix it.  Got it down to the frame, put it in our hydraulic press and got the pin not only pushed back into its hole, but through to the other side of the frame. I then strapped it to the back of my motorcycle, road home, and WELDED THE @$(*)#$%&!#%! PIN IN PLACE!!!!!   While this is the THIRD chair of this kind I've had this happen to and the third chair that I've had to fix in a similar fassion, I am not surprised by it, but I am still frustrated by it. jim: Clearly the designer in charge of the chairs you've purchased didn't take this into consideration when longevity was concerned. I wish I had an iota of the technical skill you had...my wired Xbox controller had a small short in the wire which caused it to disconnect frequently. Unable to fix it and in a blind fury I tore the entire cord from the original controller...
