Good day everyone!
Last year I backed the "Special Backer Edition Physical Copy" (PS4 version) for $ 60 plus $ 5 international shipping. I received a confirmation e-mail that I lost and I can no longer remember which store I backed the game from...
If I remember properly it was fangamer.com but I have no orders in the chronology. All I have is a proof of purchase of PayPal made out directly to ArtPlay USA LLC on March 22 (2017 ofc) and I wondered if it was possible to have through this a confirmation of my order. I can give the transition code or my account name if needed. I would not have lost the order having already paid in advance.
Sorry if I have done some mistake but english is not my language

Hey peterkessa , thanks for reaching out. I would recommend sending an email to orders@fangamer.com with what you just posted there, and they will find your order and confirm it for you. They will send you a new survey link, too, that you can use to change/add anything you want up to the $500 backer level. |

It was Fangamer. No one else has rights to sell the backer copies of the game. Let us know if it works out!

Your order history is empty on the Fangamer main site you mean? Yeah, the backer order info isn't kept there for any of us - it's all in a separate system attached to those surveys.
I thought it'd be there the first time I looked, too, but the backing system is complicated enough I think it necessitated a separate system.
