Hello - I'm not certain if this would belong in the general discussion section or the music forum but I have a question regarding the musician list for Bloodstained. Obviously Michiru Yamane will be the primary composer but I'm assuming Ippo Yamada will be replaced. If so, do we know who will be the assistant composer? Also I'm very curious about Jake Kaufman's (Virt) role; his work with the Shantae series was phenomenal and I would like to know if he is still "in the cards". Thank you in advance for any information on the subject.

Time 4 Tea sure, this is a great board for this question. Ippo Yamada will still be workin on the prequel minigame as that's all IntiCreates now. That is all they are contributing though. This update answered much about the music. Yamane is still the lead composer and will overlook and give input for Noisycroak, which is a team IGA has used in the past. Mostly with Judgement I think. No matter what criticisms one may have about Judgement, there was some excellent music in there. As for Virt, I hope to hear as much music from him as possible. He's great! I wish we knew his exact level of involvement.

Thank you for the quick and thorough reply! I've been replaying the "old" 2016 demo and the upbeat classical galleon Minerva theme has been stuck in my head. Hopefully this is a good sign of things to come.
