I'm replaying the DS Castlevanias and and it's really annoying to die multiple times at a boss and having to watch a cutscene over and over. The boss fights I've seen in bloodstained have even longer cutscenes so please IGA make them skippable!

I agree, I think it is not hard to implement this.

It is a must indeed. The most common way to do it is to pause during a cutscene and press a button so it is skipped (the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy, for example). Speedrunners would love that as well.

With how much Iga has valued speed runners as of late, this feature would be a no-brainer for him. Even if he didn't implement it at launch, you can bet that there would be enough people requesting it to be in the first patch.

Personally, for something like this I prefer holding a button like the jump button for a second. It feels less janky than having to menu-juggle your way out of it.
I'm not overly concerned with this however since usually player deaths in Igavanias are not very frequent when compared to games where this stuff really matters such as Hotline Miami or Super Meat Boy. In Igavanias they usually have you looking at a game over screen and drop you to the title screen anyway so that alone takes more time than most boss cutscenes...
As for speedrunners - well there's a speedrun mode in which it'd be good to just skip all cutscenes automatically.
Still it'd be a nice feature to have so frustration is kept to a minimum.
