Typically, the answer is "yes." When Shantae did their Kickstarter, they kept PayPal open for a long time (year or so) and all those additions went toward stretch goals. I think we ended up hitting one or two more that way. |

Sigh....I like this game. I want to not have any issues with it. I'm having trouble getting past the female lead. I know IGA switched to Miriam as the main character instead of a male because he liked the idea of female lead and what he might be able to do with it story-wise AND because he felt there was a trend of not having enough female leads in the game industry. That is just not true any more. I can think of quite a few games with female leads. I can't identify with the main character if it is a female. Lowers the immersion factor. Anyone know of any Castlevania-esque games that have male leads that I can look into?

I mean that seriously, as Miriam will not be the only main playable character (especially if Zangetsu and/or Johannes get to be the 2nd or 3rd playable character). There's a strong possibility that they won't just be "bonus" characters when playing as them. We shall see. Other than the "Getsu Fuma"-esque potential that he has as a playable character, that's the only other reason I'd want to see Zangetsu playable. In my opinion, he'd actually make a better male lead in this game than the other male characters. |

I always saw Zangetsu as a secondary character story-wise that we may get to play as on subsequent playthroughs.

I always saw Zangetsu as a secondary character story-wise that we may get to play as on subsequent playthroughs. Understandable. It is most-likely that we'll have to play as Miriam first before getting the chance to play as the other two characters, but as has been said... we shall see. |

I am beginning to seriously doubt that the game will reach its Magician stretch goal in time.

Huh? What do you mean, the campaign ended in May and they got well past the magician goal. At the last update, they were only $100 away from the knight character, which has probably been reached now or very soon.

Yeah, thanks to Lestaroth I backed this game. I was a bit confused when were about to change which system / console I wanted it on. I took PC first, but now when I am expecting a VITA sometime in the future, I cancelled the PC version and picked the VITA. Might perhaps upgrade my tier too soon enough.
This is the second and last game I have yet backed on a kickstarter. The demo felt very nice, with easy enough puzzles. I enjoyed it, and hope they get recieved well once the game is released.
