and fangamer hasn't gotten back to me in 4 days?

I have donated 100 bucks to the project and never got a survey email last year and only found out about the email earlier this week. I wrote fangamer as was suggested on the bloodstained kickstarted but haven't heard back from them in 4 days. I've checked my span folder and everything.

I'm a little worried that I'm not going to get my game at this point.

Should I be worried. Should I try another route?

No, this is just a tough time for Fangamer as they are being flooded with questions due to the Switch. If you have emailed Orders@Fangamer.Com you should eventually be taken care of.

Don't send multiple messages as that might put you back at the end of the waiting list, as the older emails are answered first.

I'm so glad they added the Switch. To have this game both on a TV and on the go is just great.
