Hey, just two things from me as general things...is there not a way to view more than 15 posts per page? And if not, or in addition to that, is there a way to have page jumps at the bottom of the page? I'm only here a handful of times a day, and there's a lot of pages to click through. As is, I click through those pages and read them, then have to scroll all the way back to the top to see the next one... There is an inconspicuous arrow that follows you on the right side of the page. It will jump you to the top. If I change the posts per page from 15 it affects everyone. Does anyone else want more than 15 posts per page?

Good point purifyweirdsoul, I could code a page jump at the bottom of the page but I think the page jump at the top left that follows you down the screen during scroll works well along with the arrow on the right Mike mentioned.
Regardless, I should style the page jump that follows you and the arrow on the right so it stands out more.
If people REALLY want a page jump at the bottom we will put one in, but please (if you haven't) try the current options first

Huh, no I hadn't even noticed that little ^ over there...or rather, I've seen it, but just didn't think anything of it? I'd hate to have you change the board's default settings just for me. Thanks for taking the feedback, though.

There is a "top" button at the very bottom though, so it's just a matter of realizing how to use the features.

I have no control on the mobile behavior. I wish everyone would use desktop view on their mobiles, but surely it serves a purpose.

Mobile ProBoards is a free for all this point. They don't support custom images or much of anything in terms of design for mobile support. It works fine though, It will just be very different from the desktop experience
On your phone you should have an option of viewing the desktop version.
On IOS I click the address bar then swipe the top of the page down to get that option.

Maybe you could separate the topics that are forum-focused like Forum Games or deciding member titles, from the topics about Bloodstained? Maybe create a new section for those forum stuff. There are a few things in our board organization that I'm not 100% on. Let me know what you think. Category: Announcements Board: Introduction Board: Rules 1. Does "Announcements" really encompass the category? If we actually made an announcement I don't think it would fit in either "Introduction" or "Rules". We would probably put it in General Bloodstained Discussion as an announcement post with an expiration date. 2. The boards Introduction and Rules only have one post in each. Having an entire board for 1 post bothers me. Sure, I would like some things to be visible from the home page like rules for those who haven't read them, but maybe there is a better way. I would like a category to encompass all of the forum community stuff that isn't directly Bloodstained related. This means rules, announcements, a welcome thread, introduce yourself thread, FAQs thread, navigation tips, community discussions like voting on group names, site improvement discussions, gamer tag lists, etc. My initial brainstorm for reorganizing the "Announcements" category looks like this: Category: Community Board: Rules & Guides- Sticky posts for rules, the welcome / FAQ's, navigation tips, posting tips, and feature explanations. Board: General- Announcements (stickys that expire then become normal posts), introduce yourself thread (sticky), group name discussions, gamer tag lists (sticky), speculation on forum stuff, etc. Board: Suggestions for Forum Improvement (Moved from the game related section) Board: Community Links- Should we move the community links here? Most are Bloodstained Related, but Twitch streamers and YouTubers also could belong here. I think our current community links area might do better with multiple posts in that board instead of one thread with a bunch of link comments. Please let me know what you think about this stuff. In the future when the beta and game come out, there will be a need to expand our structure. I'd like it to be as simple and organized as possible. Let's get this the best it can be.

Perhaps "Meta" would fit better when it concerns topics regarding the forums themselves?
I could see this:
*Meta: - Rules - Forums' introduction - Feature suggestions
*Bloodstained: - Everything related to Bloodstained
*General: - Member introductions - Games - Off-topics - Everything related to us but not the game

I understand it, but would everyone? Any other word that would fit well in place? Edit: I don't want a whole board dedicated to the member intro thread. Where would that be best placed?

I suppose it's not that common or obvious a word... then, how about "Technical"? Although as far as meanings go, I prefer "Meta" but I see your point.

Edit: I don't want a whole board dedicated to the member intro thread. Where would that be best placed? Ahh, my bad, I forgot that here it's divided in 3: Category > Boards > Threads. Right, so how about this: *General: - Members: >Introductions >Social links >Phone numbers >Credit card details >etc Just kidding but you get the idea.

There are really only two distinct subjects here. Bloodstained related items and everything else be it community, forums, off topic, or otherwise related. - Community
- Rules & Guides - PLEASE READ RULES THREAD BEFORE POSTING
- Sticky: Forum Rules - PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING (in fact make it a sticky at the top of all forum pages )
- the welcome / FAQ's
- navigation tips
- posting tips
- feature explanations
- General
- Announcements (stickys that expire then become normal posts)
- introduce yourself thread (sticky)
- group name discussions
- gamer tag lists (sticky)
- speculation on forum stuff
- Forum Content and Structure Improvement Suggestions (Moved from the game related section)
- Community & Social Links (Non-Bloodstained Related)
- Twitch streamers
- YouTubers
- Kickstarters
- Forum Games
- General Off-Topic (anything goes sub-forum)
- Army of the Night!
- Bloodstained Discussion
- Community Links (Bloodstained Related)
- Art
- Music
- External Articles
- Fan Fiction
- Non-English Language
At least that's the kind of breakdown I see.

In looking at what I just posted.... I'm now thinking that the "Kickstarters" Section shouldn't be a sub-section under Community & Social Links but should be it's own main section as Kickstarters can sometimes be very time sensitive depending on when someone "discovers" a given project and should therefore have a little more exposure. Also the Community & Social Links should maybe have subsections for Twitter, Tumblr, DeviantArt, and SoundCloud.... I'll post an updated tree here in a sec.... That last one took me close to 20 minutes to get all the formatting right.

Jim, your formatting is amazing. You will have to post some posting tips. Some of the items on the lists are threads, but they appear like boards.
Posting tip: if you find that you are posting right after yourself and its been less than a day, edit your old thread. Otherwise you are "Double Posting".

Jim, your formatting is amazing. You will have to post some posting tips. I'm not sure anyone would want to do that the way I just did. I couldn't get the reply buttons to do what I wanted so I just made a couple of "default" lists and went to the BBCode tab to see the commands used to make the list and then just wrote the BBCodes my self to make the list. Some of the items on the lists are threads, but they appear like boards. Ya, that wasn't my intention. For sections I and II I was strictly trying to point out what would be in those two forum sections. That's why I relisted the items under Section IV specifically as Subforums. Either way I went back and changed the nubering to bullets in the hopes that it will emphasize those are not meant to be subforums but just the contents of that forum section. Posting tip: if you find that you are posting right after yourself and its been less than a day, edit your old thread. Otherwise you are "Double Posting". Sorry about that. I make sure to do it that way from now on.

I will wait for a few more responses just in case anyone has another suggestion. I have a better setup in mind now with some of the boards just being sticky posts instead. The permanent sticky for rules might be a really good idea.

Does the blue arrow plug-in HAVE to overlap the post body?
I never got to look at that plug-in and I won't create a new board for a day or two.
