If a 3D Bloodstained were to happen, I pray that Iga goes to From Software with this. Here are why.
1) Igavania always put an emphasis on predicting patterns and attacks, dodge them and counter. Souls-like games follow the same mindset. They just like to crank the difficulty 11 or above.
2) Exploration. A major focus on both Igavanias and Souls-like games. They WANT us to explore every nook and cranny and find not just items but also lore. Which brings me to my next point
3) Atmosphere. From Software is very aware of how important like looks, sounds even the in-game descriptions is to setting a world you can get lost in. Iga has tackled repeatedly the Gothic romance with some tasteful eroticism. Dark Souls did good in setting a dead and bleak Medieval Fantasy and Bloodborne nailed the marriage of Victorian grace that is plagued with a virus (maybe a nudge to the Black plague in centuries past) and Great Old Ones insanity. Can you imagine a 3D Gothic romance/eroticism with a scale and talent From Software is known for?
