Is Vlad restored to full power and/or youth? As i said before, one of my favorite ones in the series, is Legacy of Darkness, which did a splendid job with the story and assets (stealing werewolf's power, Malus, young Vlad, dragonform). In other titles, he appears old and isn't as menacing, or isn't himself at all (like in Bloodlines, another one of my favorites, in which a specter was hiding behind his revival).
So, can someone briefly remind me please, just in which titles of the IGAVANIA timeline (there are no reboots for me), he is super enhanced (just like in Legacy of Darkness)?

Well, it could just be differences in his visual design, but in Portrait of Ruin he looks especially younger than he often does. Rondo seems 30s-ish. 16-bit and before, he looks more or less like a Western movie Dracula...blue skin, widow's peak, etc.
But yeah, in PoR, he's teamed with Death at the same time, but loses to a team of Jonathan/Charlotte. So...not sure youthfulness directly correlates to being "full strength".
I read discussion at the Dungeon just now about this (i.e. after I typed that last paragraph lol), and I would (unfortunately) agree with someone else there: Dracula was most likely at his strongest in 1999, which we never really "saw". Other strong instances/close to that I think would be CV1 (defeated, but able to leave a curse), CV3 definitely (taking a Belmont and other strong hunters, including Alucard, to beat him) as well as Rondo.
Keep in mind LoD is outside the IGA timeline as well.
