purifyweirdshard So for my last question, most of my friends play as US store. So if I would like to play with them in multiplayer mode (in the future patch) this mean I need to buy in US store again and play since beginning right? Or the game can be play together cross-region just only DLC and save data that can't cross? When you get the answer from Question, please let me know. This problem made me a lot of difficult to make a decision *-* I can't tell you for certain because I'm not a dev myself, but multiplayer is usually unaffected by region differences. The problem there is generally actual connectivity (maintaining a good connection that doesn't lag too much or drop) rather than not being able to do it at all. It depends on how they end up doing it and this may vary by platform, so I don't feel 100% comfortable in answering. Another thing for Question (he'll see these tags whenever he gets back around to the board)

I think I already have a big problem. Please give me any suggestion. I'm a 100USD backer who choose a physical copy of Nintendo Switch (Us region). But I need to collect this physical copy as a 1st hand collection, then I already purchased the game again in eshop Hongkong and play since launch date. I just noticed that the game in US is operate by 505 game but in HK is operate by h2 interactive. So my questions are: 1. Is IGA backpack (DLC) which will give to all 60USD+ backer that I chosen as Nintendo Switch (Us region) could be apply with this game from h2 interactive? 2. If I play this game by my physical copy from kickstarter, My saved game from HK eshop version will be usable with my physical copy (US zone) or not? Thank you very much 3. Lastly, when the multiplayer mode arrive, could my HK version play together with US version? These is the big problem for me, could you please help to confirm that the bloodstained is a "region free" game like other nintendo switch games or not? For questions asked by tontoxin, I purchased the physical version of H2 interactive. How do I get the latest version 1.1 of the switch currently released? Download updates directly online?

It may be a bit late to ask this but what does backer id do? I entered my backer id and the bottom left of the save/load menu displays my name and clan. Other than that, what does it do? Thank you in advance!

I bought one in HK version on switch. Cannot get a release update and my version is still ver 0.1. When I try to update via internet,it says it's the latest version. Already reached true end, but no boss rush mode. Anyone can help?

I have participated in the kickstarter at the time it was released in 2015, since I am a hudge fan of the Castlevania series and Koji Igarashi work. I was very excited about this new game. The game was released on march 2019 but I haven't received it yet. According to my tracking number (LX587075555US) they tried to send me the product to my adress, but was not received and have returned to the origin. I am very frustrated about that, after waiting 4 years the game is already released but I still waiting to get mine. What is the point to backer that if I have to wait forever after the release to play? I already tried contact support on the Kickstarter Bloodstained page but nobody answer me. I hope you can help me here.

Be sure to share the same info you placed here as well as your order #. Also, I think it's possible you might be confused about the shipping of something else rather than Bloodstained. You mention there that it was released in March, but the game's release was about a month/month and a half ago in June.

Thanks for the reply purifyweirdshard I was lost about who to talk to about my problem and you give me hope. xD No problem - and just to be clear, you're asking about the Ritual of the Night package through your Kickstarter tier and not the Curse of the Moon physical edition from Limited Run Games? Those would be handled by different companies.

Hello, I love this game so much, and I have just bought the DLC content. However I have face a great problems now. IMG_7992: it is the DLC I’ve just purchased..... however it is not the add on items to my current game data.... IMG_7993: it is the information about my playing game record. IMG_7994: it is the DLC purchased and downloaded on my switch IMG_7995: after I start the DLC version, it asked me to buy the game.... How can I solve the problem? Thank you so much... P.S. jackmoo0808 I don't know much about the Switch, but my guess here would be that your physical game region doesn't match the region of the store you bought the DLC from. For example, to my knowledge with all consoles, if you had a North America copy of the game but bought the DLC from Europe or Japan's store, it would not work together. Otherwise, these are the guys to contact and put in a ticket for in regards to technical assistance with the game: support.505games.com/en/support/solutions/folders/24000005535I think in this case, you might have to look into Nintendo support as well, if perhaps they can pinpoint what is wrong or help you figure out if it's a region problem (what I suspect).
