So takobot brought up this idea in the shoutbox, and Goobsausage was on board as well. I think it's great.
- POLITICAL INTRIGUE: Mayor Haggar beats up everybody that doesn't like his policies.
- CONVENIENT PRODUCT PLACEMENT: Neatly plated, beautiful display foods from burgers to turkeys to Coca Cola could be on display, appearing on screen after crushing easily collapsible crates and barrels.
- A TOUCHING LOVE STORY: Someone kidnaps Haggar's daughter, so a lot of people get beat up. Oh, and I mean she's Cody's girlfriend.
- GUY IS A NINJA: So there's a ninja. He could wear the latest Nike Dunk high tops.
- WAIT HOW ABOUT A FEMALE NINJA, TOO: Maki.

Confession time: I have never played any of the Final Fight games. Everything I know about it, I learned from the Super Best Friends podcast/videos and when Final Fight characters showed up in Street Fighter stuff and Marvel vs Capcom 3.
All I really want out of a live-action Final Fight is Nick Offerman as Mike Haggar because he looks the part and I liked his work in Parks and Rec, and shenanigans involving ninjas, beating people up, and eating food.

Goob, that guy can be Haggar sure, but he's got to start lifting for about 10 years straight. As far as President Haggar, I think that would be amazing, and Japan would be ecstatic.
