I'm really exited since those games and that system is years before I started playing games, so it's a great way to legitimately have those games on a cool collectible that is also portable. I will buy it, first because I want it. Second because that will maybe make Nintendo think it's an option to do the same for the Super Nintendo system and games. I can't wait until the november 11th.

I would have liked to seen a mini virtual console though. and yeah I would love to see a SNES Classic Edition... that just makes my loins flare... oh wait- I have and ointment for that. |

I have most of those games already so I prob wont get at full price... But I can't help but notice how they have Super C but not contra 1... I actually prefer Super C myself (all the weapons are good, F is even my fave in Super C while it was so awful in 1) but everyone always rants about contra. Also happy it has kid icarus, I love kid icarus, and I've been wanting a sequel for years and years and would always mention it. When they rebooted the 'series' on the 3ds, I was really floored. I mean the gameplay is completely different, but they really did good with it so I'm not complaining.
Then they have gradius but not life force, I think it would have been more 'normal' to have contra 1 and not 2, but then dump gradius for life force, but oh well.

I'm actually amazed that Konami gave the green light to Nintendo to put Castlevania, Super C and Gradius in the bundle. Konami's license greenlighting process: - Can we make money from it?
- Do we actually have to do anything?
- Does one of our execs have a weird grudge against the people asking?
- Has our lucky horse crapped on the blue square or the green today?

^ I mean...that kind of defeats the purpose of actually buying something that legally runs the games though, right? You could just emulate already on any other device.
I think they did well with the lineup, personally, though I would have rather seen CV3 up there.

I would be excited... if I didn't have almost all of those games on the Wii and the Wii U already. Great quick retro fix, I just don't happen to need it.
That Wii U NES controller is a must buy for me, tho'.
