Hmm....I claim the greenhouse as my own. Being surrounded by beautiful, and deadly, plants would be good enough for me. Although, the giant man-eating plants and vampiric trees will worry me a bit though. Cuz...man-eating and vampiric are bad.
No greenhouse, then I'll take the "antique" room filled with all kinds of trinkets from all over the world.

Colosseum similar to SotN but bigger near the entrance of the castle with my personal armory hang up in the background. I know IAD be a peon in an igaverse game so might as well take on as many opponents as possible and improve my odds.
As for what I think would be a really cool room addition. A secret version of that exact room with a doppleganger esque boss that took weapons off the wall and mimics your play style so far through the game. (Build / level aswell) if you fast swap in the menu the doppelganger would do a special animation where it pulls another weapon off the wall andthrows the last one at you.
