I don't know if I'd call it my favorite, but I like the Legacy of Darkness one quite a bit. Yeah I heard that one two but I didn't include as similarly with the Dawn of Sorrow version, it sounded much like other versions. The options aren't meant to be small in number, I just tried to pick the 5 most verientiated renditions of DoI. :p |

I gotta say I'm a bit biased though, sound quality matters a lot to me and it's the main reason I picked SOTN. Beeps and boops don't cut it compared to the great audio quality of games like SOTN or the PS2 titles. I like to hear the true vision of a song not think about what it COULD sound like.

I really enjoy the Harmony of Despair version.
I guess the original from Rondo of Blood is my favourite, but I will choose Harmony of Despair, because I really like this arrange.

Symphony of the Night easily. The others either fail to have a dark, imposing feel, or ruin their dark, imposing feel by having rests in the beginning.

Circle of the Moon in general is pretty underrated. The soundtrack in that game is great. It's version of Dance of Illusions is really fun. The other versions are great too, don't get me wrong. Though there's something about the GBA version that works for me the best.

Gotta go with Judgment here, its just so grand and epic. CotM is a close second though, I'm just as fond of the series' chiptune music as I am its orchestral arrangements.

There's a version in Circle of the Moon?? I don't ever remember hearing it, haha! (I think Proof of Blood consumed my life)
For me though it has still gotta be SotN. RoB is a close second, though.
