Here is where I am currently, trying to reskin the forums. I am not sure about the 'hover' and 'secleted' buttons on the navigation bar at the moment. And ideas is appreciated. Not sure about the 'go to top' botton either, since it seems to be an in game asset (minimap on screen) it's style seems to be a bit different. Any ideas are appreciated. Hey look! It's me on the screenshot! Haha, I liked it, especially your idea of using the shard icon. I wonder about the frame of the top buttons though, it's kind of weird, I mean they aren't bad, the directory (?) and news bar are good, but the biggest one not that much. The top/bottom button is great though. Haha, thanks! We can probably get a more interesting navigation bar I agree, i'll see what I can come up with! |

Quick nitpick, looks like the transparency of the nav bar has been lost on the left and right side of the graphics. This is because the center image that is repeating is behind the left and right images on the menu bar and showing up through their transparency. Setting up the divs in a way that would allow all that to scale together while restricting the repeating center image only in a center div sounds like such fancy div work and I don't think I can do it. Oh, and I changed the size of the text of current menu buttons. Everything should fit now. (Unless your resolution is very small, then menu buttons will move to an invisible line. Ah, mobile desktop mode... but it's worth the graphic bugs.) |

Ah that's interesting. On Firefox nothing gets smaller. The website 'shrinks' in width, but if it does not have enough space it displays it on a second line. Attachments:

That's what I mean by invisible line. If you hover and click those the buttons appear off the bar over the text. That doesn't look too bad, but when just part of the text goes over the right side it looks the worst. It's no big deal to me though. There's not much I can do about it.

It is responsive. The background images move depending on your resolution and the menu bar changes width. Hold Ctrl and use your mouse wheel.
Now if I could just scale the background images to the screen width... Hmm....
You know... I think I can do that!

Holding Ctrl and using mouse is Zoom in and Zoom out o.o
Responsive is when you reduce the screen width and everything is scaled or adjusted so people can view the web on phone and on tablet too without the need of zooming in and zooming out.
It's possible to do it, but you have to play with the CSS and the CSS media query and it's kinda complicated

My text size zoom is really big/resolution is small because my vision is low tier, so the IGAverse button is almost off of the side, but...even with that, it still looks great and I'm going to use it.

I probably use a smaller resolution than most gamers though, and so I can't make the window size larger than my resolution. Zoom kinda helps for that. |

Looking at the smaller bars, I have completely missed that there is a dropdown when you hover over it.
Will need to figure something out for that.
