Hi everybody! We've been getting some customer service e-mails recently from people worried about their Bloodstained backer links suddenly not working anymore. (In our [Fangamer's] system, your backer account is contained in the special link you received when you first filled out the survey—you can use it to upgrade your tier or change your shipping address at any time.)
We tracked the problem down, and it turns out it has to do with our e-mail/newsletter provider changing its tracking service, which we use to make sure the e-mails find the right mailboxes, avoid spam filters, etc. Short version: Your URL still works, but clicking the link in the e-mail doesn't. If you copy and paste the URL, instead of clicking on it, you'll be able to access your account like normal.

Server issue or something, Dangamer , Fangamer Steve ? This may actually mean that backing options are finally locked now, but I doubt it. I've tweeted them as well. |

I emailed them a few days ago saying that I wanted to upgrade my tire but I wouldn't have the funds until January 5th and they said "Hey there, We don't anticipate closing pledges before that time." |

Erm, I try doing the same thing and it tells me the address no longer exists... BUT I bookmarked the link and I lost the email.

Cernex, yeah you'll need to email them at orders@fangamer.com for a new link if that's the case. Like the first post here states, eventually it became an issue where you needed to copy/paste the displayed URL instead of clicking on it (their e-mail server tracking system changed, ceased to function in old emails). Don't know what you had bookmarked though.
