Gurren Lagann still has to be one of the best anime series ever made. Only gundam-esq anime I've ever seen where they end up throwing f*&king galaxies at each other as attacks! Completely absurd! Fullmetal Alchemist may not be relevant to Bloodstained...but the majority of characters are Alchemists!
The main playable character in Bloodstained will undoubtedly be a super-powerful Alchemist in her own right. (Of course Alchemy in Bloodstained will function a little differently from what the State Alchemists of Amestris use, to be sure)

I love the anime art style, particularly in games, but I just don't have any desire to watch anime. I prefer playing videos over watching them.

I loved those promo videos! Really cool, you could tell Toonami wanted to inspire kids with stuff like that. Wish we had more like it these days.
