While we (Fangamer) don't really have any specific information available, my understanding is that, due to a variety of complicated logistical circumstances involving the various console manufacturers, mass-generating console codes is taking longer than originally expected. This has all happened in an extremely short time-frame, and we've been working as hard as possible to update the backers, distribute permanent Steam codes, distribute temporary Steam codes to console backers, and to respond to emails sent to our orders@fangamer.com customer support email address. I totally understand that this is a frustrating situation, and I really appreciate your patience while everyone involved with the Bloodstained project works to get this sorted out.

Hey Folks! We've received a huge number of emails in the past day, so if you've emailed us recently (orders@fangamer.com), it may take us a little while to respond to your message. We appreciate your patience!
In regards to the current status of Console codes: We (Fangamer) are currently waiting to receive the Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon Console game codes from Inti Creates and ArtPlay, and we will add your codes to your backer survey once we have them in hand. We currently don't have a specific time-frame available, but Console codes will likely be added to your survey before June 8th.
In the meantime, if you are able to use Steam on a Windows computer, your backer survey should contain a temporary Steam code that expires on June 8th, which can allow you to play Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon while you're waiting. You can access this temporary Steam code, as well as your permanent Console codes once they become available through your backer survey by clicking the "Download Codes" link. If you need help finding your backer survey, please visit igavania.com/survey_support
If you have any other questions regarding your survey (such as if you had filled out your survey after the May 18th platform selection deadline), please email orders@fangamer.com and we'll be able to provide further assistance. Thanks again for your patience!

Hey there! Unfortunately I don't have a definite answer for you, as we haven't finalized the size/material of the huge castle map included with the $500 tier just yet, but it will likely be either cloth or giclée paper (depending on several factors), and somewhere in the range of at least 24" x 36" in size (but this is all subject to change).
Also please keep in mind that slacker backer tiers, tier upgrades, and tier add-ons will become unavailable after 1pm pacific time today. I hope that helps!

Sorry about that! It looks like something broke when we were updating our backend system last night. Surveys should be working now.

Hey folks! We've just received our reprint of Alchemists' Curse shirts, and we’re currently folding/packing them. We don’t have a specific time-frame for when they’ll be available just yet, but it’ll probably be pretty soon!

Hey folks, I looked through your merch suggestions really quick and posted my thoughts for each item below. Please keep in mind that this list doesn’t imply that we’ll actually produce any or all of these items, it’s just what I think would be doable for us. • Miriam Waifu Pillow - Not really our style. • Miriam horn head piece - Interesting, but probably too expensive/niche. • Whip - Too niche and already readily available from other stores. • Stained glass art - This is interesting! If we could make a solid concept, I’d be into it. • Endless Castle Corridor like This with hidden wall - Not really our style. • Jewelry like the rose on Miriam's chest, etc. - This sounds great. • This coffee / tea cup - Too off-model. • Cheap low-quality action figures - Not really our style. • Plushies - Possibly! • Legends of Localization book - Interesting! • Vepar mug - I’m not exactly sure how that would look? • Bestiary cards - Sounds interesting. Maybe as a trading card pack? • Card game - You’d probably need another Kickstarter to develop that • Poker cards - These were actually part of an earlier draft of backer rewards we pitched. I’d definitely be interested in making custom playing cards! • Tarot cards - Possibly! They certainly fit the theme well. • Letter opener - Probably not, we'd likely have a lot of customs related issues, since it could be considered a knife. • Bracelet - Possibly, we haven’t made many wrist-accessories yet. • Goofball (anything) - This is entirely dependent on whether or not Goofball is in the game >_> • Vinyl record - This is certainly doable. • Lamp - Not really in our wheelhouse. • Moneyclip - Definitely doable, but the concept would need to be strong. • Shotglass/wineglass - Not really our style. • Shirts - YES. • Posters - YES. • Musicbox - The concept would need to be super-strong. • Art book - We’re already making an art book as a Kickstarter reward. Maybe a non-Kickstarter version that isn’t as fancy? • Game guide - A full players guide would be awesome, but would definitely take a lot of work to produce. It’s certainly possible though, as we’ve made/published several guides before. • Soundtrack CDs - Definitely a solid product. • Swordwhip - Not really in our wheelhouse. • Pins - YES. • Figurines - Possibly! If we do them we’d want them to look nice. Quality figurines are really expensive and take a long time to produce though. • Ribbon Scarf - Possibly! The concept would need to be pretty strong. • Rings - Wayyy too subjective with individual finger sizing to mass-produce. • Coloring book - I’d actually really like something like that! • Lunchbox - Probably too expensive and bulky to store in our warehouse to make sense logistically. • Cereal - We’re not interested in food related items, as we would need to go through a lot of extra trouble to get certification to distribute food internationally. • Flame thrower - I mean, I’d buy one. • Chess set - Probably too expensive to develop/produce. • Dice - Possibly! However the concept would have to be SUPER strong to tie it into Bloodstained. • Keychains - YES!

I'm attending PAX South in San Antonio this year and will be in town from Thursday evening until Monday morning. Anyone attending feel like meeting up at the con (or getting dinner somewhere near or around downtown if you're local and don't have a badge)? Fangamer Steve is going to be at the Fangamer booth and we could all get together and ask him in-person when the next Bloodstained Kickstarter update is coming... Haha, if I have any information, I'll let you know!

Please keep in mind that this project is still a work in progress, and due to a variety of technical, logistical, and contractual reasons, many of these questions are currently unanswerable. I can only clarify questions regarding publicly available information, and some information that I am directly involved with (e.g. updating backer surveys, update status, update suggestions, etc.). Sorry about that!
