I'll be doing another round of feedback collection very soon. Thanks for the explanation and awesome little demo genemag! I had to share it the team and they loved it. "Can't we just use this for the retro level?" It seems like half the jump & attack issues were fixed in the BitSummit version of the demo. Input buffers may be adjusted, but I think they have a different plan in mind. They were testing it out on your demo and understood what you were explaining! I'm sure this will solve the input delay issue you're feeling.

I really hope that the local co-op is the same as the online one. It'd be weird if there were two different modes or something like that. :/ yeah it would be cool to play with someone in your room or across the country... I want to know if this is a full feature yet... is there anyone out there that can confirm/clarify this? Mana , iga, ben judd... anybody? This hasn't been confirmed yet but the team has a plan already laid out. The local co-op and online mode will most likely have the same features. As far these features being in the full package, this needs to be discussed with our publisher. We'll let you know when the plan is more solid .

Lord IGA spent a long and tiring day at Bitsummit 4th with the fully Japanese localized demo working the booth by himself. The response was great but Lord IGA must look forward to the challenges that come tomorrow on the BitSummit Twitch stream where he was face a random challenge that he must overcome on the demo. The 4 challenges laid before him are: -Stand on one leg while playing the demo -Play with the controller upside down -Clear the demo without beating any enemies -Beat the game blindfolded using only the bit summit crowds voice guidance to beat the demo Come to where you can vote whether Lord IGA can beat the challenge or not. 10 people who have voted correctly will randomly be chosen for Bloodstained demo codes! Phew. I've actually went through this whole thread to pick up common suggestions. I'll be sending back what we have so far with the team. Although all of us here at ArtPlay and Inti Creates value IGA's vision for the game, we often go through a push and pull process to get anything fixed or improved. With any sort of collaboration, there's always going to be some sort of disagreement. That's where the backers, everyone on this thread, will voice their opinion to help us get a broader image of what's best for this game and the community. It helps us gain confidence when we share the same opinion as the rest of you. Here is the top 5 that I tallied up out of the 40+ I sent to the team. This is only based on this thread, but I've separately mentioned other sources as well. 1.) Vepar's aesthetics (34 mentions)- Overly saturated
- Breast shape/size and physics need to be improved
- Detail on texture and model needs some more work
2.) Miriam's animation (17 mentions)- Animation looks slower than her actual speed.
- Some animation frames skip over (this can probably be improved with optimization/better PC specs)
- Miriam's turning issues
3.) Boss and enemies were weak/too easy (16 mentions)- AI needs improvement
- Not enough movement
4.) Framerate stability (10 mentions)- Some high spec PCs could only run at 10-15 fps
- 30 fps drops to 15 fps in some areas
5.) Environment perspective (10 mentions)- Entrance and exit are hard to see
- Difficult to notice/see platforms (hammock esp.)
- Hard to see what's in front and what's behind

Mana i saw that the plan was to make the tutorial more cinematic or something from the Kickstarter page. Is that true? This is true. We don't intend to keep those pop up tutorials since this was solely for E3 demonstration purpose. We're planning to replace it with more cinematic, and/or use NPCs to guide through it.

But yeah, Mana it would be great if you could make an official statement regarding guidelines for 'acceptable' mods. As long as the art assets are released publicly (viewable in-game) then modding is acceptable. I had to take out the weapons that were unreleased yet since they don't appear anywhere in-game. All mods should apply with the forum rules - It shouldn't be modded in a way that may offend another person (race, religion, gender, etc). That also includes making mods that are pornographic or nude. Otherwise, feel free to make some creative mods that other players can enjoy!

Leon You can also jump in midair if you press jump immediately after walking off the ledge of any surface. Edit: Though, after reading up on it a bit, this may be an intended mechanic to mimic behavior in Symphony of the Night. This is intentional and mimics Symphony of the Night. However, we may adjust the frame amount for it.

Another thing worth mentioning: you can get juggled pretty hard while being knocked back. I managed to get triple-juggled on the boss once: (warning and apologies, there's a "holy s***" in there) I get that the tentacle should at least stop my movement, and I'm not sure if there's a split second there where I can actually get away, but it seems rather unforgiving. I remember playing a game called Valdis Story which I dropped like a rock when I saw how horribly cheap the bosses could cheese you into infinite-juggle deaths (though that wasn't the only reason I dropped it), so I really hope that mistake isn't made here. This is probably happening because we don't have an invincible time for both Miriam and the enemies. This will be added in the final game. Thanks for sharing the video!

discovered bug Vepar lvl max, when you enter into the boss room stay at the entrance using shard triiger amy when boss dies leave the room quickly and until dullahammer repeating progress ............ I hope it helped you Definitely sounds like a common bug. Thanks! . . . Brb. Farming Amy now.

here i found a bug with the "Long" sword, kinda forgot to post it... We were testing this bug on our side but we were not able to replicate it. Do you remember what kind of steps you took in order for this to happen?

If you relaunch the game, it should run normally. This does not happen all that often, but please let us know if it happens constantly or if it doesn't work after a restart.

日本人に不親切すぎて困る、デモも先程しったばかりでどうなってんのと言いたくなった で、やはり後からでは無理なんですかね はじめまして。私もsurveyを逃してしまい、先ほど慌てて登録したものです。住所の登録など製品の受け取りに必要なアナウンスだけでも、言語対応どうにかお願いできればと思います。 デモ配信のニュースを拝見して四苦八苦しながら登録までたどり着き記入を済ませましたが、期限切れの話をこちらで拝見して打ちひしがれております…再配布あると嬉しいです! 平行して英語勉強します!w 英語の対応で所属されましたが、 あまりにも日本語のサポートがないのを見て、 こちらの掲示板で日本語スレッドを立ててみました。 現在Fangamerさんと社内で再配布を考えています。 もう少し詳細がわかり次第、報告します。 今回は私からのリクエストで、日本語の対応もお願いしてあります。 今後日本人のバッカー様達とのコミュニケーションが取れるようにも頑張ります! 開発スタッフもこの掲示板には目を通しているので、 どんどん言いたいことがあれば是非投稿してみて下さい。 よろしくお願い致します。

fangamerからのメールに気づかなくて住所やハードの指定を先ほど慌ててやったのですが。 この場合fangamerからメールで届くらしいsteamのキーは再度受け取れないんでしょうかね... 期間内に指定を済ませておかないと、今回のデモは諦めるしかないようですね。 私も逃した1人です。 先日Fangamerさんからsurveyを逃している人達が続出している連絡がありましたので、 こちらの件は私からFangamerさんと相談させて頂きます。

Just played through the demo, I love it. But I found a bug/glitch? When I used head flail against the hidden room entrance that can't be opened, the head flail appears on the other side of the room for a single frame or so. Don't know if this has been noticed before. It happened in this room against the wall I am closest to. EDIT: seems to happen in any small room where you can see both walls , tried it multiple times in multiple rooms, and it happened consistently. You gotta jump and the use head flail on the right wall and this causes it to appear on the left side of the room in the lower corner. I haven't been able to do the same from the left side of the room. Geforce GTX 570 Intel i5-2300 12 GB RAM windows 10 I believe the team were talking about this issue in the past. I'll let them know that it hasn't been fixed yet. Thanks!
