Thanks Ghaleon. I'd never heard of Ys and Crosscode games until you mentioned it They certainly have elements of Zelda about them ... though they instantly rekindled memories of an old game called Battle of Olympus that I played years ago on the NES. I'll be keeping these titles in mind once I've finished pondering whether to purchase Metroid: Samus Returns or not
hellmont: Brainiac yeah, I know that. Unfortunately I do not have a PC that supports Steam...

hellmont: I was more so expressing frustratuon with the fact that it's available on the eShop for purchase by non-backers yet no codes have been distributed to the backers who have remained loyal

BloodyTears92: Unless it comes out that Inti didnt give Sony/Nintendo/Microsoft enough time to get codes together this may not be their fault at all, its depending on multiple companies getting their **** together. Long as we get our free code I'm happy.

exile: Yeah, I'm used to waiting for games. Diablo 3 comes to mind. *SIGH* Lol. Still, it's a bit lame that non-backers get it before we do. Oh well, I'll live.

BloodyTears92: I am curious if the tracks for CoTM will be part of the Soundtrack for $100+ backers, the ost is fantastic

roguedragon05: It's still Inti's responsibility to have their shit together before they promise a release date

ovenkitty: Console backers, check your surveys for temporary Steam codes.
May 24, 2018 17:38:34 GMT -6
Nezuto: At least they offered everyone a temporary solution to the problem, rather than saying deal with it.....why slam Inti over what may not even be directly their faults?
May 24, 2018 18:01:05 GMT -6
Cale: Sadly the Steam code is only for Windows.
May 24, 2018 18:10:27 GMT -6
roguedragon05: Nezuto because it's their responsibility so far from what I've seen there's been very little slamming going on, alot of frustration yes, but having codes for your game on release date is a standard not an option.
May 24, 2018 18:19:13 GMT -6
Yän: That's true but as far as I understand, it's completely outside of their control as the platform holders are not giving out the codes to them. Basically if anyone's to blame that'd be folks at Microsoft and Nintendo for being slow with the codes, not Inti.
May 24, 2018 18:25:32 GMT -6
Yän: At least that's what I keep reading
May 24, 2018 18:25:47 GMT -6
Yän: Uh yeah I guess. Not really up to speed with which exact codes are out and which ones aren't at the moment. It's kind of a bad situation and I hope it won't be the case for the full game release, especially due to the backlash that'd cause.
May 24, 2018 18:29:37 GMT -6
roguedragon05: I understand that, but it's still a standard if I bought a game from Konami and they said yea will get you the codes sometime this month that wouldnt fly. Indi game or not Inti still failed to meet a standard

Scars Unseen: So ReShade works with CotM. Not as good as the options that Retroarch has, but I'm working on tweaking a CRT shader profile for the game.
