So one of the features I love in SRW games is the ability to change the music thats playing during a mission. Imagine if we could select the music we want playing in the background? AoS with heart of fire playing from start to finish? I never understood why this wasn't a feature in more of the Castlevania games but it should be one for Bloodstained.
I know farming is more bearable when your favorite tune is playing.

Does no one want to be able to select which track is playing while they play the game?

I think it would be a very low priority and something that might end up in the game if there is any time left. Music is very interesting when it comes to this (and many other games), and having the option at least to toggle between the 8 or 16bit music with the modern would be nice during the classic mode. Other than that, I think I could manage without mixing the music. If I enter a cave, I would love for it to have the Cave theme 100% for example.

Well...to me, the music in 'vania games are an important part of the atmospheric experience. They're all good and fit where they are. I most likely wouldn't really want to mess that up for myself while I'm playing. Like...even the songs I wouldn't normally even listen to are important aspects, i.e. if Abandoned Pit wasn't playing during the Pit/Mine stage, it just wouldn't feel the same. The loading hallways between areas where you will transition from one song to another added to that feeling, too...
Anyway though, I think that this could be an option post main-game possibly or even better, this just occurred to me: selectable tracks for roguelike mode. Unless that mode has its own music tracks, otherwise I think the music would have to be randomly selected...so instead of that, perhaps we could pick the songs that would be used. It kind of depends on how much variation is used within a level, but if rooms are different one to the next, then the atmosphere that the main game goes for might not be as strong of a consideration. I might append that to the roguelike topic...

Anyway though, I think that this could be an option post main-game possibly or even better, this just occurred to me: selectable tracks for roguelike mode. Unless that mode has its own music tracks, A megamix for 8 minutes looping with some of the more intense music ingame. Or a endless "boss music" style that can be used in timed and serious events.
